This REALLY works!! You can adjust the strength and where it works. I’ve only used a couple times but just got it and you can really feel it working in the areas that it targets.
This is honestly a cool idea if you don’t have time to work out all the time. You can feel the muscle contractions right away and after a few sessions, it definitely feels like your muscles are getting more engaged.
It’s super easy to use and fits like regular shorts, so you can just wear it while doing normal stuff around the house or even sitting. The EMS actually works, definitely recommend!
